Cyanotype: What + Work

Cyanotype is a photographic process invented in 1842.  It is the original "blue print" process, which creates a Prussian Blue UV exposure.

The work:

Each piece has many phases to achieve the final print from creation of the composition from a single image divided or multiple images layered together, creation of a  transparancy,  applicaion of the cyanotype solution on prepped surface, then the timed UV light/ sun exposure, which results in the final unique, cyanotype print, each of which is unique.
